Flew into Tulum in the afternoon and needed a place to stay for the evening before driving 3hrs south. Didn't want to drive at night. Gardinia was perfect! Easy access, clean, quiet, safe, comfortable room and essentially across the street from a great huge grocery store! Communication was fantastic through WhatsApp, responses never took more than a minute or two! And you can't beat the price! Will definitely be back and stay a little longer. Service: 5

Best management ever! Huge shout out to the staff—being able to WhatsApp them directly was so convenient. They were incredibly kind and literally answered every question I had about Tulum. They are like a local guide! The place is clean and extremely quiet (definitely not a party hotel, which I loved). Plus, the location is unbeatable: ADO bus station, Colectivos (local vans), car/scooter rentals, and amazing taco spots are all just a short walk away. Thank you so much for the stress-free stay! Pro tip: Booking directly with them was cheaper than other booking sites, and I loved the flexible payment and the Airbnb-style easy check-in/out. Service: 5

Gardenia is a new residence in Tulum! We received a very hospitable welcome from the two British operators who are literally and figuratively available day and night. They are incredibly friendly and warm. They shower you with tips about Mexico/Tulum. Places you must visit, nice restaurants, cenotes, ... make an extensive breakfast. In the evening they make delicious cocktails and there is a Food Truck at the hotel with the most delicious Fish & Ships (freshly caught and processed by the boys). The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing and there is a lovely roof terrace with a beautiful overview of Tulum. The sun rises here every day and sets beautifully. Close to everything and yet away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms themselves are fully equipped with the fastest WiFi everywhere. Gardenia Tulum is an excellent place for both business and leisure stays. Rooms: Well-equipped rooms. Perfect showers. New beds. WiFi. Perfect sockets. Everything you need for a good night's sleep Nearby activities: Gardenia is close to everything without being bothered by the crowds and noise in the area. Safety: There was never a moment of insecurity in this area. The operators speak fluent Spanish and English, which makes communication extremely smooth. Walkability: Everything can be walked on foot. You can rent bicycles around the corner and taxis arrive quickly. Food & drinks: Extensive breakfast with fruit and avocado toast, coffee, water and fruit juice. In the evening there are cocktails and the opportunity to eat delicious fish & chips from the Food Truck.
