My wife & I shared the Dip Trio with grilled toast & tried their beef and chicken burgers. The food was incredibly delicious & the chips were cooked to perfection. The portions were larger than expected so we did have to take some food home in a takeaway container but that’s never a bad thing, definitely great value for the quality & size of the dishes. The outdoor seating area is lovely with the birds & the lake, the staff are friendly & do a great job, the first time we bought a drink and snack from here during a quiet time the lovely owner came out to say hello to our little dog and even offered her a free puppuccino. Just be aware that when things get busy you may have to wait some time for your food, but that’s to be expected at any cafe or restaurant with food as good as the Gardens Lake Cafe provides for its customers. Patience and respect is a must for those wishing to enjoy a nice meal by the lake during the holidays and rush hours. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
