They have 2 tires of noodles. I always like thick noodle so I chose Mazesoba. I thought it was a gimmick before I came so I had some reservation. Turned out the noodle they use regardless for ramen or Mazesoba still use thick noodle and it was good. The portion small was good for me. Fish powder was a must. Very flavorful. The Cha siu was thick, big portion but the quality is good. I didn't order extra garlic and it was enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

You can enjoy authentic Jiro-style ramen here. The “small” size is the standard, but it’s actually a regular portion. You can customize the amount of fat and garlic, making it a truly authentic Jiro experience. I also tried the chashu rice bowl. It had a nice amount of garlic, and the pork was really delicious. They only offer two types of ramen, but there are plenty of topping options—some free and some extra. I was especially happy to see fish powder available. I’d definitely like to visit again. If you’re ordering for kids, I recommend choosing ramen without garlic and with less fat—it makes it easier for them to enjoy. Also, if you want extra vegetables (“yasai-mashi”), there is an additional charge. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very new and very good ramen! Fresh noodles paired with however much freshly chopped garlic you want and lots of pork belly. Many options to change the flavor profile but my favorite is vinegar after a few bites to really transform the ramen. Pickled scallions (kimchi) helps add flavor contrast to the ramen. The savage bowl with rice and cabbage was also tasty. The wait is not too long but onsite parking is limited. Come and get your diploma at garlic high!
