Sometimes things don’t go perfectly and unfortunately it seems to be the nature to overreact. I’ve had many great experiences with this location and one today that may have not been perfect. The difference ways Manny was a pro and absolutely puts the customer first. So funny enough, the “least perfect time” is when they get my 5 stars. Service businesses are very difficult and watching how they react when things aren’t perfect tells me everything. Well done Manny and team. To all, if you have a less than perfect experience - please call, go up to; talk to management before blasting them online hurting their right to make an earning. Oh, and the chefs special is amazing!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time there. Meh. Ordered to go and we live right around the corner. The garlic knots we ordered were completely flat and the cheese had slid off them to a congealed pile in the middle I had to pry the sauce out of. They were not at all like their photos show. My husband ordered unbreaded chicken with his pasta and they confirmed 2 more times while ringing the order up asking us what kind of chicken - "unbreaded" again. We got home and it was breaded. Mistakes happen but 3 times it was discussed. Flavors are all good but presentation lacks. I'm sure we'll give them another go as everyone has an off day so will see next time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 4

I am originally from the East Coast (my wife is from New York), and we are always looking for New York style pizza. We recently tried Garlic Knot Pizza & Pasta and it is by far the best garlic knots and best pizza we have had. Definitely reminds me of NY pizza! And as much as I love Big Bills pizza, this place is a step above.
