This review isn't a reflection of food quality but a PSA about their online ordering system. Don't use the website when placing online orders for pickup. We made a take-out order in their website this evening. The payment is processed through an 3rd party company, Dashing Drivers. When we showed up to pick up our order at the time we selected, Garlinis staff told us that Dashing Drivers hadn't notified them of order, and we'd need to re-order, pay again, and contact Dashing Drivers ourselves for a refund. The staff person mentioned that they usually tell people to call them directly for take out because this issue comes up so frequently, but we had no way of knowing that beforehand. It's very frustrating that they continue to offer online ordering system that has a history of charging people for orders they don't receive. We've called Dashing Drivers multiple times and have yet to get a response.
