The great location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. You can share perfectly cooked grilled beef, english meat and seafood with your friends and have a good time here. Degust good wine or delicious beer.
The success of this spot would be impossible without the energetic staff. Cool service is something guests like here. Prices at this restaurant claim to be democratic. As people see it, the atmosphere is enjoyable here. But Garuva has been rated below average by Google.

The only reason I’m giving one star is for the view, which is undeniably beautiful — especially if you are lucky enough to get a window seat. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The meat was far below expectations. As many other reviews have already mentioned, it tasted frozen, and some of the pieces we were served were almost entirely fat — honestly around 90% fat and barely any actual meat. The service also needs serious improvement. Our course menu was supposed to include a choice between bibimbap rice or cold noodles, yet the staff brought bibimbap without ever asking for our preference. When I mentioned that I thought we were supposed to choose, the staff member simply replied, “It’s already made.” Only after I explained that I did not want rice and had never been asked in the first place did they reluctantly change it for me. What made the experience even more frustrating was the apparent difference in treatment between customers. The couple seated next to us ordered the same course but received noticeably better-quality meat and even larger desserts than ours. It honestly felt unfair and quite insulting. Overall, despite the stunning view, I would not recommend this place based on the food quality and inconsistent service. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I recently dined at Garuva and wanted to share my experience. While the grill food had potential, the presence of a gasoline smell was quite off-putting. This unexpected aroma detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal, leaving a negative impression. I hope the restaurant can address this issue promptly, as it greatly affects the dining experience. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
