Gashoken absolutely delivers if you’re into proper tonkotsu ramen. The broth is rich, creamy, and packed with deep pork flavour without being overpowering, exactly what you want from a slow-cooked tonkotsu that’s been simmered for days . Noodles are firm and chewy, toppings are generous, and you can tweak everything to your liking. Best part? It’s all very reasonably priced for the quality. If you love tonkotsu, this one’s a no-brainer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
