This time you booked a room of no category, respectively, with a different view and without a balcony. We have respect for our guests and no one made a fool of you, but rather you wanted to make a fool of us by showing a 2-year-old correspondence and a photo of the room you booked 2 years ago. And now you are defaming the hotel in which you have rested more than once, our rooms (the cleanliness of which we monitor in the first place!) because you did not want to live in the room that you booked yourself. We always admit our mistakes, but it is not our fault that you booked a different room than last time! We are for loyalty to guests, that's why the prepayment was returned, against the rules of the hotel, despite the fact that they had all the confirmations that you booked exactly the same room as you received upon check-in.
