The first place in our trip through Switzerland that totally nails the balance between great service, correct price and good food. And on top of that with the most beautiful view. Congrats!

Had dinner here and unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The waitress was extremely rude — she threw the knife onto the table and told us to “just wait,” even though we were not trying to rush anyone. We simply expected basic courtesy as customers. The menu was also quite limited. I’m not sure whether it was a language barrier or a cultural misunderstanding, but the way we were treated felt very unpleasant and unnecessary. It’s a shame because the location and mountain view are beautiful, but the poor service really spoiled the whole experience. Very disappointed.
