A family owned Michelin star restaurant. This place is run by Rottner family for 8 generations (300 years). Foods are very tasty, thanks Mr.Valentin Rottner. Staffs working there were very kind. Mrs.Rottner treats the guest with special care. Anna Rottner was very kind with booking.

Excellent hotel, just on the outskirts of Nuremberg. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast is decent, and they also have a 1* Michelin rated restaurant which was amazing! There is limited parking at the hotel, but there are other free parking options nearby. Service: 5
