Dear community of cultivated gastronomy, With today's review and as a self-confessed fan of the somewhat “different” pizza, I am referring to my last visit to the “Gasthof zum Haab”. For many years now, chef Osama Al-Jed and his team have been “pampering” my family, friends and me with culinary delights in a variety of ways. Osama is always good for a surprise. As this year and upon request, the chef conjured up the finest “Pizza Frutti di Mare” for me. Octopus, shrimp, mussels, all of the best quality, fresh and very elegant, refined with a touch of garlic, fresh herbs and a dough so cross-baked that I can now rave about it, were simply brilliant. Thank you very much for this and see you next time. Conclusion: 5 stars and the rating “highly recommended” Food: 5 Service: 5
