We went to Gastroport for lunch. In Georgian cuisine we took borscht and Caesar salad. Yes, I understand that this is Georgian cuisine, but still. The borscht is very bland and empty. 2 pieces of meat, few vegetables, mostly water. I think that borscht should be rich in flavor and rich in vegetables and meat. Caesar is quite passable, but the crackers are not for Caesar at all, as if they were taken from the cheapest crackers in the store. The second lunch was taken at Pho Ramen - chicken ramen and schnitzel with fries. Ramen is wonderful. Delicious, rich, with excellent egg and entrails. Potatoes are such a dish that you can’t spoil them, so everything is fine with them. The sauce served with the schnitzel was not particularly memorable, just sauce. But the schnitzel... Firstly, it is not cooked inside. Eating raw chicken is extremely unsafe. The schnitzel tastes just as good. No more than 1 star. The staff is smiling and pleasant.
