Great service from entering to leaving. Food and beer very good. Chole treated us with respect and was attentive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Parking space: Plenty of parking

Totally 100% disappointed. Booked a table for 5.15. arrived on time ordered food 5.20pm ... 6.30pm no food had arrived!!! After asking twice before this. Yes they were busy however if they had said there is 1 HR 10min waiting time for food, we could have left and ate elsewhere!!! We had to leave as we had tickets for the theatre. To add insult to injury people were coming in after us and being served food before us. So we left hungry annoyed and disappointed .... Never to return.Not the Gate Inn I remember.
