Very disappointed in the service of this restaurant. After waiting 4 hours for this restaurant to serve customers (due to an unexpected power outage) walking around in the heat we finally came, waited until 18:00 for the kitchen to open and ordered my desired meal. I told the waiter twice what I wanted - pomodoro pesto and my husband coming, ordering the same which made us repeat it 3 times. He came back with only pesto and when I told him I ordered 'pomodoro pesto' he asked me what is that. Even the payment and the dessert the waiters seemed to not be trained properly. The biggest disappointed is that we supported this restaurant many times before, which made this kind of experience so much worse. (We drive 1 hr just to eat here)

I have been to Gatos twice. The first time, the service was excellent. However, this evening, all the outside tables and chairs were damp, from the air and the manager handed me paper serviettes to dry the table and chairs. She said that it was not her job to do it! I noticed that she spent a great deal of time on her phone. I won’t be taking my guests there again.
