This place is a hidden jewel. The owner made us feel like we were in our hometown bar. The drinks were fantastic and the atmosphere great. It's comfortable and very well furnished. This guy is very passionate about what he does and you can taste that passion in every drink. He loves making classic cocktails which are truly well executed and served with an honest smile. I'm sorry we found this excellent bar so late in our vacation. I would go back every night if I had the chance. I will come back to Athens and this place will be one of the reasons why.

We visited the Gatsby bar about two weeks ago and absolutely loved it. I had several Old Fashion’s, which were awesome, while my boyfriend wanted to experiment. The very friendly owner came up with great innovative suggestion, providing us with a new taste experience apart from the all known Caipirinha-scheme. The bar itself has a nice ambience and is located in a quiet square surrounded by restaurants. We sat outside enjoying the weather, but it would be just as nice to sit inside during winter. Absolute recommendation!
