Unfortunately I have to make a constructive and useful review especially for the owner of the place so that he doesn't make this mistake again with other customers. We went to dinner to celebrate the birthday of two people, there were 9 of us. The restaurant was asked directly to serve us a whole cake, which was brought to us, a cheesecake. Arrived whole on the table with candles, then taken back to the kitchen for portioning and then served on the plate. VERY SMALL PORTIONS, so much so that 2 people requested an encore. At the end of dinner we asked for the bill at the table; the dessert cost €50, a fair price, but given the paltry portions we asked the waiter to give us the leftovers which we would certainly have had. The sore point comes when the owner warns us that the dessert was actually finished; Insisting with conviction that it was not possible that the cake was finished given the size of the whole cake compared to the portions served, a discussion started which only ended when the owner admitted that the leftover had been eaten in the kitchen by his boys. For this event, annoyed, he discounted the cost of the cake by €20. A piece of advice: It cannot be solved by discounting an amount ; The rudeness with which the first versions were given before admitting what happened is unacceptable. Next time, the truth immediately rewards and is certainly appreciated more by everyone. However, the location is very nice, soft light and rooms with vaults and walls with exposed bricks and lime.. normal pizza.. Unfortunately non-existent service, we were abandoned in the room upstairs, we were never asked if we wanted something else and we weren't even asked if we wanted an encore of the cake. You have lost 9 customers who will never come back for not hearing the truth about what happened immediately!
