You can visit this restaurant after seeing De Blob. If you have never come across Argentine cuisine, you should order a table and try the menu at Gauchos Eindhoven. This place boasts nicely cooked ribeye, ribs and bife de chorizo. Spend a nice time here and share tasty ice cream, che and fruitcake with your friends. Beer that you will try is good. Visitors don't like coffee at this spot.
The cosy atmosphere of this restaurant makes guests feel relaxed and have a good time. The staff is said to be patient here. Service at Gauchos Eindhoven is something one can name fast. Food is very good. Service is also good, but it’s a bit weird that the waiter asks, when I’m just seated: “Do you want a beer?” Instead of just asking if I want a drink... We have been coming to this restaurant for years and we notice that the service has become increasingly bad. The food was good, but we had to wait an hour for our food, while people around us who came much later got their food at the same time as us. Unfortunately our food all came in parts. 1 of our table mates had already finished his plate, while 2 of us had not yet been served the food. Unlike the spinach which was warm, the meat, corn on the cob and chips was not hot! And the mushrooms came after I already finished my food. We asked the staff several times when our food was coming but they were running around the restaurant so we never got an answer. Gauchos Eindhoven clearly has a staff shortage and as a guest this certainly does not give you a relaxed feeling. Not one person who worked there apologized on behalf of Gauchos for the long wait and cold food and we left feeling disappointed. We absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and will not return.
