Communication could be better, by saying that you are no longer accepting new customers, you would think you would never be able to come back. But she meant that it was occupied and a seat might be available an hour later. So communication could be better!

I went with my family to have breakfast at this place and after waiting for more than an hour they keep saying let's wait, it's about to leave. Deplorable service Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Oats Day Long used to be an excellent place that I recommended to many visitors. However, I find now that food quality and especially quantity has deteriorated really. In the picture you can find Cinnamon Apple Pancake. More like a pancake with a sprinkle of apple and granola. A sad, but expected progression of all new restaurants. Disappointed. The service is excellent - and the coffee too. Hence the 3 stars. I hope they focus on quality and quantity of the food.
