The place had sitting areas that weren't readily available. Majority of foods on the menu weren't available. The waiter also did a very bad job packing our leftover food..she mixed them up when we were the only three customers there the entire time ( I got home to realize she had given someone elses leftover to me). The jollof was sooo bad. They used to be okay, now they are just baddddd. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: GH₵150–200

I review disability accessibility on my company app called Kaleidoscope. Unfortunately, I’ve shared the following review with the community there: 3 years ago this place seemed very accessible to my family - the staff was very welcoming and inviting to our autistic child. Today, the service was non existent: we arrived after 11 am (google mentions opening hour starting at 10 am) and it was as if the staff did not intend to work today; the kitchen was still being put together, the playground had not been opened, a few customers were sitting around and not waitstaff offered to a menu to even take orders. We were with another family who has a special needs child and even though the playground should have opened by they refused to let the child go into the playground with his nanny while we waiting the the kitchen to get organized, which of course caused a bit of confusion for the child. We bought tokens for the kids to play in the playground after I convinced the staff to allow the children in but no attendant was available to collect the tokens which caused a meltdown for the children waiting to ride the rides. The food frosted 2 hours which caused hunger meltdowns, the cream chest was locked and the guy with the key had also not arrived to work. Lunch at Gazebo View today was a catastrophe for my neurodiverse family and guests. I did speak to the manager when he finally arrived to share this feedback as well. I will probably return again but I hope to see that this place has returned to its old vibe by then. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: GH₵500+
