A small, typical Saigon Street style bahn mi shop on Hay Street. The bahn mi are delicious. The vegetarian crispy tofu has so much flavour & the rolls are super crispy. Pork also bang on with flavour & crispy crackling. Service is cheerful & fast & they certainly get the customer base! I’d walked past this place quite a few times and never went in because it always seemed busy, but now I completely understand why! I finally decided to give it a try and was so impressed. The food was made incredibly fast, and the bánh mì was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The bread was unbelievably fresh, light and crunchy, and every ingredient tasted delicious. Absolutely worth the wait and the crowds. I’ll definitely be back for another one. Highly recommend! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
