The stracciatela was very good but I found the strawberry one too sweet for my taste. I understand why people love it as it is homemade and they have a good range of flavours. It gets quite busy, we had to wait 10min or so. You pay 4CHF for one scoop and 6CHF for two which is a bit pricey compared to Gelateria di Berna for example.
