We have been loyal customers for over 10 years but were very disappointed at the poor service tonight. We were quoted 45 mins - 1 hour delivery time. After 1 1/4 hours we rang up, to be told it was on its way: we were then phoned back and told it would be another 10 mins. We phoned back again when it still hadn’t arrived, to be told it was on its way but it still took a very long time, eventually arriving after 1 hour & 50 mins. No bill was brought: the driver had to phone to check the price and no discount was offered for exceptionally late service.

first time ordered tonight and got a delivery. Really tasty and fast service. will definitely return!
