The alarm on the Generac at Asher Point is aimed away from Asher Point so they don't hear it. But the neighbors do hear it. It started at 4AM and rang into the afternoon, keeping us awake. We called multiple times to no avail. Why is the alarm aimed at people who can't do anything about it and not at the owner of the system. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband Fred decided that we were going to get a generac back in January 2023. I'm so glad he decided to do that because we lost power during the storm of Father's Day of 2023. The generator came on almost immediately when we did. It ran everything in our house with no problem until our power came back on 3 days later. I recommend generac very highly. I think some of our neighbors are planning to get one. Thank you generac.
