My stay at Generator Paris was extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst hostel experiences I have ever had. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, and their attitude towards guests was not welcoming at all. Good customer service is very important in the hospitality industry, but unfortunately, I did not experience that here. Because of the staff’s behavior and the overall experience, I would not recommend this hostel to others.

Traumatic. Barely slept. The rooms face a very busy roundabout, and the windows have poor sound insulation. Every night, even on Monday, people gather outside the hostel and talk extremely loudly till late. The bathroom door was also very noisy, and the sheet without elastic is annoying. To top it off, I had someone snoring all night. The only good thing was the staff on the reception (friendly and kind) Overall, not a good experience if you’re looking to sleep…

Not helpfull girl at the reception. I was promised an early check in but turned out I was waiting for no reason and she was obviously happy to make this inconvenience. Not a single welcome or explaining where the things are located in the hostel, only pay this, pay that. Beds were not made - they just throw the linen on it Lockers in the room extremely not ergonomic. Make a lot of sounds Toilets smell disgusting Towel rent for 7 eur. Leaving bag in the locker while I wait for the check in (I just needed to go to another room after already staying) - 10eur I just hate this place, would not stay again
