went to the cajun food festival and génesis le bleu waters was pulled there. tried out their cajun shrimp & fries and it was sooo good. had a strong kick to it with the buffalo sauce and the fries were so delicious. I definitely recommend this place. all their food looked top tier

Great light fry on the shrimp and fish. Loved the black eyed peas and red rice. My wife and I loved the Mac n cheese even though that’s not usually my thing. This will definitely be a stop on the next trip to either Charleston or Savannah. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Found this place because I was looking for some flounder and saw the pictures of rhe wings. We got there late and they were still accommodating and we did not feel rushed. They are family owned and they cook with love. The wings were crispy and seasoned well. We had the jerk rub, lemon pepper, Carolina gold and bourbon. Wife and I had the flounder platter with red rice, mac and cheese, corn bread, string beans and cucumbers and tomatoes salad. Everything was so good felt like home cooking. My brother had the shrimp platter and he loved his food as well. We will make this a regular when we are back in South Carolina. We definitely recommend this place when you are in the Charleston area!
