Went here while stopping into the mall. For the quality of food the plates are a bit expensive. The options were good and fresh for filling the bowl even though the bowl took a lot of packing down. I was able to add sauces but when I got the final bowl you couldn't taste any of the sauces because it tasted so salty and seemed like it was only cooked in soy sauce. Though the noodles, meat, and veggies were good well, the overwhelming salty tasted made it really hard to eat.

I really like Mongolian food so when I saw Genghis Khan in the mall I decided to give it a try. Normally when I think of Mongolian beef it's a little thick and big but this was finely chopped. The vegetables look old and dry. It definitely wasn't fresh. Overall I would say it was average.
