The Japanese cuisine is good at this restaurant. Being at Genki Sushi, degust perfectly cooked scallops, tuna and salmon nigiri. Many visitors come here to try good ice cream, crumble and biscuits. Some clients recommend delicious wine at this place. Drink the great tea or good lemonade served here.

Genki has really gone downhill over the past couple of years. The service isn't the greatest anymore and I don't know why we have to tip for people that don't do anything and have poor people/customer service skills. The new system where you order on your phone is crap. I tried joining their Wi-Fi using the QR code, but it didn't let me, and then I use a QR code on the receipt they gave us to order, and I guess it's my fault because my service on my cell phone was one bar and I couldn't order anything. Then when I finally press the call button to order, it took them a while to finally ask what we needed. I ordered my son the keiki boat platter that is supposed to come with that small drink, however, instead of telling us before hand what they were out of the server said they're out and the only thing they can replace it with is a keiki water which my son already had. I wish I could say that it was just this location in Kapolei however, the same thing happened to us at the Waikele one as well. Too bad use to really like Genki sushi.
