Geoélia has been one of the most exciting newcomers on the Paris dining scene in recent years. The cuisine strikes a remarkable balance between technique, tradition and modernity, with precision and a strong sense of identity. This was my second visit in just a few months, and I will certainly be back very soon. Earning a Michelin star only six months after opening, at just 30 years old, is an impressive achievement. Creative dishes, great ingredients, attentive and friendly service, don’t really have anything negative to say about my experience here.
