One of the few restaurants in Porto where you can have a late dinner, as they accept reservations until 11.30pm and was what we’re looking for. Surprisingly we’re warmly welcomed by the staff and everything was delicious, from the starters to the dessert. It’s really good spot despite being small. They also have a gluten free menu which was a gem for one of my friends. When she realized they had a gluten free bread for the starters, her face lip up with happiness Price per person: €30–35 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This tiny delight can satisfy the biggest appetite. Found by a chance bit of off-roading (being lost), Geometrico was exactly what was needed. A great menu beautifully thought out and presented by a team who care about every detail. Special mention to the tomato tapenade and the substitute dish of sea bass carpaccio. Geométrico Porto is a cosy and well-designed restaurant on Rua da Picaria, with a strong focus on atmosphere and detail. The space feels carefully thought out, combining a modern aesthetic with a warm, intimate setting, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. Service is friendly and approachable, contributing to an easy and relaxed experience. I’m not usually a fan of fixed time slots, but here it didn’t feel rushed or pressured, which made a difference. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Good food, a calm vibe, and a place that works well for a relaxed meal in the city centre without overcomplicating things.
