Great atmosphere and bar area, but the food is a huge letdown. They serve glorified bar food that's incredibly overpriced. Nothing special at all. Very disappointed as it doesn't compare to other GM restaurants.

I have to say that when I walked in I was greeted by two very young snobbish, snickering, stand off-ish girls who seemed more interested in their own conversation than hosting the Resturant and getting my party to a table. We were there to meet friends and they didn't help us find them, instead we had to find them ourselves. Then we ordered drinks and appetizers and when the food came we asked the bartender, "where can we sit?" She said we could sit in any tables in the bar area so we took our food, dishes, and place settings to an empty table. The snooty little hostesses came running over and said that the table was reserved. So we went back to the bar with all our food and stuff. You can be damn sure we kept a watchful eye on that empty table. We finished our food and enjoyed a few drinks with our friends and had a decent time. Well, let me tell you, in fact, an hour and a half later that table was still empty! The bar tender was great, the food was great The hostesses? Not so much!Honestly I would not recommend coming here. I think they need to replace the hostesses because they are not capable of being nice or helpful! Btw this place is actually nostalgic to me...being a long time actually a life time resident of Syosset for over 25 years!!!
