Mr. George, the blonde shopkeeper. He is also a sommelier and tequila master. Moreover, he is a sushi chef. They will cook the food right in front of you with a shy smile. The service from all the staff is also prompt and wonderful with smiles. The food was nothing to complain about. Even though it was my second time here, it was really delicious and I couldn't stop eating chopsticks and sake. At the end, we even had tequila. This is a famous store in Sendai.
