We went with family recently and felt embarrassed walking in ( front door kicked in) doesn’t even close. Bar stools are ripped and torn, tables & chairs looked like they all are ready for the bone fire, everything old and filthy that needs replacing.
“nothing has changed “ since the stingy Pakistani owner purchased the place from George years ago.
In the last month been told this many times, owner cuts groceries. Been told no tzatziki sauce x 2, no mushrooms / pineapple for toppings on pizza , always something on the menu not available . Small insects buzzing about, the place is falling apart, even neon sign does not work.
What kept us coming was the fun staff ( felt like family). Perhaps one day when someone new decides to pay a fortune for his asking price and invests in a make over I’ll visit the place again.
Our very best wishes to all the staff , our message is don’t allow yourself to be taken advantage by ungrateful bosses , remember other good jobs to avail yourself.
