I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the breakfast service I experienced at Georgetown restaurant on today. Given your hotel’s reputation for premium hospitality, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the following issues significantly marred my experience: 1. **Inability to Choose Seating**: Despite multiple vacant tables, the staff refused my request to select a preferred seating area. I was instead directed to a table near a my family, where constant foot disturbances disrupted my meal. No reasonable explanation was provided for this inflexibility. 2. **Unprofessional Staff Communication**: The staff displayed dismissive and impolite behavior. For instance: - Upon politely requesting a table change, another staff member rolled their eyes and sighed audibly before reluctantly complying.
