My son and I took my husband out for a Father's Day lunch at the Georgian Chef restaurant. It was my first time dining here, but my husband and son had previously dined at this cozy restaurant. This was also my 1st time eating Georgian food. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful! The dining area is very clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend the Adjarilu Khachapur for an appetizer! We also shared an order of Kubdari and a plate Khinkali Lamb dumplings. For the main course, I had the Ojaxuri with Mushroom which was so good! My husband had the Chanakhi (lamb stew) and my son ordered the Abkhazura. We all had the Honey Cake for dessert! There were so many different types of Georgian dishes on our table. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of everything. The portions were generous and the prices affordable. We went a bit overboard ordering for our table of 3, so we took LOTS of food home! I can't wait to eat the rest of my Ojaxuri with Mushroom for lunch at work tomorrow! I highly recommend this local gem and will definitely be returning in the near future!
