The light skinned bald guy that's in there everyday, the supervisor apparently, messed up on putting the right pump number in because he was too focused talking to his co worker while a customer was in there and put my gas on the wrong pump. I know it doesn't matter but I go to this gas station multiple times a week to use my upside app and perks and literally go to the same pump everything to the point this dude made a joke im keeping the lights on. But on Thurs the 19th of Feb after he puts my number in wrong for the third time in recent weeks for the pump I have to go back in and find out he put it on the wrong pump. It was a day before payday and I needed to put my last 10$ and because he messed up my bank didn't give it back automatically and when I asked "So I cant get gas now because he wasn't paying attention?" He catches a whole attitude accusing me of saying I said the wrong pump when I had a witness and he wouldn't pull up any cameras, obviously. Then proceeded to mock my speech impediment while hiding because the counter. I also havent received my 10$ back on my card as of now so for all I know he didn't even void it and stole it. He refused to give me any information about his boss or cooperate so my only options is seeking legal action. Sounds pretty discriminatory against anyone with a speech impediment that told him he messed up. I will no longer go to this location and possibly any get-go. SHEETZ would never treat a customer in that way.

They over charge on kerosene. They charged me 4 dollars a gallon when it was 3:30. I asume its because they can't add.
