A very expensive restaurant that you will regret eating in because it is literally worthless. No food or treatment. The first time we entered, we wanted to sit overlooking the sea. They told us it had been booked for two days, so we ordered lunch, while people entered after us and ordered six breakfast menus and left them at the sea. However, they made fun of the customers for hours and the dealings were okay. The table next to us is the same. They did not like the service. The service is slow, and whoever brings the dishes puts his hand on your plate without jumping. Very bad service in a high-end restaurant and in a special place like this. I recently visited Ghalia Lounge in Istanbul Bosphorus and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the fantastic atmosphere. The view from the lounge was breathtaking, and the sitting area outside was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The food at Ghalia Lounge was top-notch. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the variety of flavors and spices used in the dishes, which really elevated the dining experience. However, I do have to mention that the service could be improved. While the staff was friendly, I also noticed that the servers at Ghalia Lounge sometimes seemed to ignore customers when they were trying to get their attention. There were a few instances where I had to call out multiple times before a server would come over to assist. Additionally, I found it off-putting that some servers directly asked for tips, which made the dining experience feel a bit uncomfortable. While the overall service was friendly, these instances of inattentiveness and requests for tips were a downside to an otherwise pleasant experience. I hope that Ghalia Lounge can address these issues to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and valued during their visit. Overall, my visit to Ghalia Lounge was a memorable one.
