I placed an order at the Ghetto9nine in Ivy Park at 13:50pm, promised that the order will be ready by the time I get there. I got there at 14:25 I was told the order was either not prepared or given to someone else. No management person or anyone comes through to apologise, I had to wait for the order to be prepared from scratch. Not even a bottle of water or anything to say we apologise for the inconvenience. Nothing! This was quite upsetting. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After I complained about the service. I contacted the owner she was friendly and apologies. The next time I went things have improved. The food it's delicious and the service is very good.
