GONE DOWNHILL!!! First 3 glasses of water that came to the table were dirty, 2 with something black floating in them. The lasagna that I've ordered for thirty years was horrible. It couldn't be cut with a fork because it was so tough and the noodles weren't cooked. No ricotta layer, honestly not even lasagna. I asked to speak to a manager and they sent over the "head server" who was trying to convince me this was fine and actually was combative and disrespectful. He was cutting into the food on my plate like see I can cut it. Terrible customer service, dirty, and bad food. I will not return here. Go somewhere else! I ate at Giacomo's for the second time on November 4 at a funeral luncheon. The room I ate in was cold. All I wanted cut do was go home where it was warm. No one likes to eat in a cold room. The staff seems very clueless about that. The food was cold. It may have been brought bout hot but the chill in the room caused the food to be cold and unappetizing. The chicken was dry and ovwrcooked. This was my second visit to Giacomo's. The last time I ate there was equally as unappetizing. The only thing I would recommend is their bread because it could be eaten at room temperature. I never intend to go back. It was a bad experience.

I'm really glad I ended up trying Giacomo's Ristorante Italiano! Had a fantastic time and was really impressed! Thank you to the staff and cooks that contributed into a perfect night!
