The piadina was excellent, it's a shame there is no bathroom, the boy at the checkout doesn't seem very organised: there were 7 of us, after placing an order of 6 piadinas he went to help the person preparing them without waiting for the last order and even got one wrong . The menu is not updated with what is available at the restaurant. Vegetarian options: Excellent variety Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Piadina Salata

Hi Jacopo, I'll answer you on several points! The boy in question is unfortunately me, the manager of the place since April 2014. …Hi Jacopo, I'll answer you on several points! The boy in question is unfortunately me, the manager of the place since April 2014. Unfortunately we are not talking about "disorganization", but rather the opposite, the griddle can only accommodate the cooking of 6 piadinas at a time, therefore assuming that the seventh boy ordered later and disconnected from the group as he was talking, I preferred to go up to speed up the times of the 6 piadinas to help the boy up in the kitchen instead of staying down waiting for the seventh boy to order, the times would have been the same, given the plate of 6. The work that before Covid we did with 3-4 people now there are two of us, so one of us is forced to do both the cash register and the kitchen to avoid you waiting too long in the room or the product getting cold. The order was not wrong, the receipt was a normal piadina and the second roll, there was only a misunderstanding on the first piadina that you wanted in roll, but it was made as a piadina as per the receipt, otherwise, if it had been wrong we would obviously have remade it correctly as per the receipt. Maybe we forgot to specify the first roll at the checkout? Or maybe it's my fault that I missed this information and I apologize for that! But the piadina was correct and you paid for the piadina which then arrived to you, without errors... As for the bathroom, we are an artisan workshop where there is no bathroom, but I assure you that for us it is only a disadvantage because we cannot administer or sell cocktails or aperitifs to the public, we have tried several times to find tricks to get it placed even though it is not intended for this type of activity but we have been forbidden every time as the ladder does not allow us to accommodate the arm to lower wheelchairs, a structural problem of the shop not due to us being rented, and this is the reason why it can only accommodate clothing businesses or artisan workshops like ours. I didn't understand which menu was different, the menu you need to refer to is only ours on our pages or our QR codes. Sorry for the slightly diluted answer but I wanted to clarify all the points with you! Also excuse my tiredness at the end of the evening, it's not easy to take turns with two people at lunch and dinner , in any case I thank you for the 4 stars and I hope you'll also see me in another guise, perhaps less tired and more performing! We are waiting for you!! And thank you for choosing us! More
