We went there for dinner and drinks with some friends on a Saturday. The place is very cozy and has a great atmosphere, but the quality of the food and drinks does not match the prices at all. It was the worst — and most expensive — pasta I had during my trip to Rome. It lacked flavor and was served cold. The service was also poor, especially considering they seemed to have added a €100 tip to the bill. Overall, it’s a nice place to meet and enjoy the atmosphere, but definitely not worth the price. Its worth to do reservation previously. We did it 2 months before))) We had late dinner at 20.00, it was good choice - the turbot fish, which was very delicious, also we ordered potatoes) Of course, white wine makes our time unforgetable! Gigi Rigolatto Roma – Style Over Substance We came to Gigi Rigolatto expecting a special evening — birthday celebration, beautiful rooftop, and high hopes. The view was indeed lovely, the décor stylish, and the DJ brought great energy. The veal Milanese was well-executed. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disappointment. My tenderloin arrived cold, and once our plates were cleared, our server disappeared for 45 minutes before checking back — without even bringing a dessert menu. This was after she knew we were there for a birthday. By that point, any sense of celebration had evaporated. To make matters worse, cigarette smoke from chain-smoking tourists on both sides of our table drifted into our space all night. For a venue presenting itself as a refined dining experience, this felt careless and inhospitable.
