I have bought cupcakes here many, many times and am always wowed by their flavor and texture (even their egg free cupcakes are delicious!) The sad 2 stars comes from the fact they messed up a birthday cupcake order. I called and spoke to an employee who said she would have the manager return my call and, nothing...

We never had a bad experience on the quality of their product, it's a great place with great customer service as well, but... what business doesn't accept cash! (I'm not 100% sure but I think is against the law not to accept cash)

I've never been to the physical location but I had the pleasure of trying out Gigi's cupcakes at an event. They were very good. I ate like two or three of the mini cupcakes. The cupcakes were very moist and the icing was perfect, not too sweet. I really liked the chocolate on chocolate one. The chocolate with white (vanilla?) frosting was decent too.
