I ordered the red velvet cupcake a couple months back. Unfortunately, it was not an authentic red velvet flavor. The flavor resembled boxed vanilla cake. Authentic red velvet is made with white distilled vinegar, cocoa powder, buttermilk, and the icing is supposed to be cream cheese. I’m assuming the icing used instead was a variation of buttercream? I was hoping for that classic authentic red velvet flavor and did not receive it. Atmosphere: 5

Got the dark chocolate cupcake with white frosting which I thought was going to be soft like a hostess cupcake they sometimes mimic. Frosting was hard. Chocolate cupcake was unremarkable, not stale but not moist. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10

Hi Kathy, cupcakes taste best once they come down to room temperature. As they are kept in cold display case, the frosting becomes hard. Pls visit our store for refund or replacement, we are happy to do anything you like. Appreciate if you can give us feedback before rating us.Thanks
