Gijavash has a lovely traditional Gileki vibe with beautiful decor—wooden chairs, colorful curtains, and local-style dishware all add to the atmosphere. The kebab torsh we had was a bit too sour, which covered the natural taste of the meat, but the side dishes like olives and yogurt were delicious. Overall, it’s a nice spot with an authentic touch.
