Decent atmosphere, food is ok. Meat was fine but baklava really not tasty. Service is slow and inattentive. This restaurant could be more memorable. Pricey Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

To Hossein's Restaurant Management,

I would like to send a complaint about our dining experience today October 29, 2021 (Evening around 8 PM) at Gilak by Hossein's in Greenbelt.

1. No Food Order, No Drink Policy?: They said it's the policy of your restaurant that in order to have drinks there, we had to order food first. Is this really your policy?
2. Overbilling: They charged us for items we didn't order. They also charged us for a larger serving (ex. Sharing instead of solo) in one of orders. They did not apologize for this.
3. Disappointing Service: They TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS on us even if we were not done eating/drinking instead of telling us they had to close. I find that very disrespectful, sirs.

Add up the poor service and overbilling, we were all very disappointed with our experience.

I would not recommend your restaurant to anyone and I will make sure that this gets through your restaurant sites / pages.

It seems we are not the only ones who think there's something wrong with how your restaurant is run.

I've checked your facebook page and negative reviews are also being given to your restaurant.

Hope this reaches the management/owners so they could do something about this.

No business should ever treat their customers poorly!
