One of the worst branch of Giligan's Restaurant I've experienced. Staffs on this branch was a real letdown. As soon as we walked in, I felt like I stumbled into a grumpy zone. The staff looked consistently unhappy, and it made the whole place feel off. Their lack of excitement rubbed off on the atmosphere, and it wasn't the cozy vibe I'm used to. On top of that, the wait for service was way longer than expected. Trying to get someone's attention or checking on my order felt like I was bothering them. It was a bummer to feel kind of invisible and unimportant as a customer. The lack of flexibility and not caring about customer satisfaction was obvious throughout my visit. Even small requests seemed like a big hassle. I'm a big believer in good customer service making or breaking a restaurant, and this time, it fell pretty short with this branch. Hoping you can sort these issues out so others don't end up with a similar downer experience. Just wanted to share my thoughts. PS. I ordered from their website. I have a placed an order around 5:30pm. I chose to have it delivered by 7:00 pm. At around 7:45 I called the branch to track where my order was only to find out that they haven’t cooked it yet. They said that they were not notified. If I haven’t called my order would not be processed and delivered at all. This is so disappointing. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
