I have gone to Gilson a few times, around 4 or 5 times although today was the best experience I have had here yet. We ordered the bossam and the half & half wings. The bossam was amazing and delicious as always today. The wings were super juicy and crispy and the sauces were good as well. What made our experience extra amazing today was our server, Jason. He has an authentic and genuine type of kindness that helped us feel extra welcomed today and we are super grateful to have had him serve us today. He was very helpful with refilling our sauces and toppings that came with the bossam without us having to flag him down for it. Overall, super high quality and delicious food and amazing service. I would say this is the best bossam I have had so far. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had really great experience dining in at this korean restaurant. The foods are amazing here. Gopchang BBQ is my favorite.
