The hot cross buns are outstanding but I have only put 3 stars for food as the croissants were from the previous day and inedible so we had to throw them away. I was too busy to go back there or I would have taken them back. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

On a short weekend trip to Margate I went to Old Kent Market which I'd fully recommend to anyone visiting the area. Lots of lovely businesses inside and got some hot cross buns from Gina's Old Kent Bakery which are by far the best I've ever had - truly amazing. Just a shame I didn't get chance to try more baked goods. Will definitely return next time I'm in Margate. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
