Gindaco, a modest restaurant located in Yoshiwara at Ami Premium Outlet, offers a convenient spot for a quick bite. Known for being a popular choice among solo diners and college students, it serves lunch and dinner with options primarily geared toward takeout. While it welcomes families with kids, featuring amenities like wheelchair-accessible entrances and free parking, there's limited facility for sit-down service as table service is not offered.
Customer experiences seem to vary with mixed reviews lingering from over a year ago, hinting at inconsistencies in customer service at times. Guests have expressed concerns over the staff's attitude, occasionally pointing out a lack of basic service etiquette. Operating on a moderate pricing scale, the restaurant keeps typical business hours throughout the week, though opening times slightly shift. Due to the absence of recent updates or feedback, potential visitors might want to be prepared for varied experiences, reflecting its past visitor interactions.

I stumbled across this store by chance, so I stopped by and found the staff's attitude extremely rude. I agree with the reviews here. Since it was a holiday, I waited about 10 minutes to get to the cash register and was answered by a young male clerk. First of all, they don't even say welcome, and even when I tell them I'm taking it home, they don't even reply, so I don't know if they're listening. I was asked if I had a receipt, and when I said I didn't, they threw it away in front of me, which made me feel terrible. This store had the worst customer service in the history of Gindako. Moreover, when I brought it home and checked, I had forgotten to put the seaweed on top of the mochi cheese mentai. I complained to the head office because his attitude was too bad and his appearance was different, but there was no response. I have been using this company for many years, but I was disappointed to learn that the company is sloppy in many ways.
