So I ordered food for pick up months ago and realized that the portion was far smaller than how they'd serve normally, even though I've paid the same amount for both times. I went in today to order the same dish for pick up and brought up the portion issue from last time with a woman. However, instead of trying to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again, she tried gaslighting me into thinking I was wrong, and even rudely chuckled at me as she was explaining it like i was stupid - despite having literal photo proof that what I was saying was true. When I thanked her for giving me the food, she just rudely ignored me and walked off. I checked the food and saw that the portions were once again smaller than normal. So I went in to ask for more rice. Thankfully, one of the other staff members was understanding of my situation and gave me more rice with no problem. Great food but customer service can be improved. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30
