I stopped at Gino Capitone and had a glass of white house wine along with a quattro formaggi pizza. The pizza was delicious — a great combination of rich cheeses without being too heavy. It was exactly the kind of classic Roman meal I was hoping to have while in Italy. The wine paired nicely with it, and the whole experience felt simple and enjoyable. A great spot to sit down, enjoy some good food, and take in the atmosphere of Rome. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good pizza experience.
